- FINES: $750 - $2,000
- JAIL: 30 days in county house of corrections followed by 7 days in mutiple DWI offender intervention detention center - up to 12 months
- LICENSE SUSPENSION: 3 years
- OTHER: SR-22 insurance for 3 years and possible ignition interlock
THIRD OFFENSE DWI WITHIN 10 YEARS:
- FINES: $750 - $2,000;
- JAIL: not less than 180 days [30 days in county house of corrections (Up to 5 months may be deferred by court if driver completes a 28 day residential inpatient program)] - maximum 12 months
